Hi,
Looks like I'm banned on suspicion of cheating by M3X!c@nO ( he was the only one in spectator ).
I was playing with MP5 and had a score of about 100-60 on de_westwood.
I play cs for a long time and not only the most commonly used weapons like AK-47, M4A1, AWP, deagle, famas, ...
The auto-shotgun ( XM1014 ) and MP5 are also favorites of mine.
I practise almost daily by either offline against bots on maps like fy_pool_day or online ( most of the time on RG deathmatch server ) to keep my reflexes up-to-date.
I guess the suspicion of M3X!c@nO started when I killed him on long range with a single bullet headshot from the MP5.

For the rest:
1) I look around a lot when running through the map, constantly looking around every corner & other locations ( windows, ladders, vents, roofs, ... ) for enemies while using the radar + map knowledge ( famous camp spots etc ).
A lot of players don't even use the radar ( where teammates die is an enemy nearby! ) + when moving themselves they just only look forward in the direction they are heading, finding themselves easy targets of camping/hiding enemies.
2) When a friend is nearby and I see he/she is firing ( and in most cases taking damage ), I try to imagine where the enemy might be located so I throw a grenade ( if I still have one ) to this location. Even when I haven't spotted the enemy.
3) And if I'm close enough I just ( try to ) aim for the head, certainly when playing with the MP5 while I strafe/move around the enemy since the MP5 loses almost nothing of it's accuracy when doing so. In general the sub-machineguns ( in particular the MP5 & UMP ) can be used in this way in comparison of most, if not all, rifles.
Is that cheating? Was I making instant headshots all the time? Crosshair-aimlock to enemy heads or other body parts? No recoil?
Remember: Even how skilled a player is ( I'm NOT stating I'm a pro  ), luck is ALWAYS a factor. ( Read: Some kills can look suspicious while they are not ).
If my "frantically looking around the map" seemed like wallhack to you all I can say is: That's just the way I play.
After all, this is deathmatch. Enemies can appear everywhere at any time!
On a side-note: I find other players on this server a lot more suspicious of false gameplay.
@ M3X!c@nO: I know you play cs a lot longer than I do ( I read some other topics here ) but cs is a lot more than the standard weaponry almost everyone uses.
I don't wanna sound rude but if having a good score with a weak(er) weapon is an automatic suspicion of cheating you should learn more about that specific weapon before judging upon, in your eyes, suspicious gameplay.
I hope you have a demo of my action because I really want to hear the opinions of other admins about this.
If you would like, I can make a short demo of me playing the MP5 against some bots.
Needless to say, although chances will be very slight, I would like to be unbanned since I wasn't using any cheats.

It was I who banished you,
The reason is not essentially head to the MP5 with a single long distance ball. You realize this blow regularly, I have been observing you for a long time.
"Casey" was present and he also found you suspect, and the complaint of a third passing player on the server only reinforced my opinion. So I set myself as a spectator again to watch you.
As you seem to be doing well in the terro team of 9 players (0 Bot) VS 3 players CT and 6 bots I've rocked you CT the moment you died so you do not At least not at all.
Generally, in this case, the players to whom I do have needs of a second to perceive the change of team and continues to shoot the same opponent for a second.
Which was not your case, you went on chained without mistake, you must have a rather sophisticated "radar".
This probably explains your pre-shots, which gets me a lot at home.
The MP5 is a short range weapon, but making it a more formidable weapon is its rate of fire and are very fast reload time. Big benefits for a cheating end no?
I still note your video youtube rather interesting and with 2974 hours of games you must be an experienced player.
So I'll de-ban you but know that I'm watching you and that for you you're suspicious.

Hi M3X!c@nO,
First I would like to thank you for the unban. I had an almost sleepless night due to it.
I knew the change of team was something you would mention as I indeed didn't fire at the CT next to me the moment after you switched me.
While playing, I press TAB on a very regular base to see my score. I immediatly noticed I was switched since:
1) I didn't see my nickname in the scoreboard on the T side anymore.
2) I saw the message "M3X!c@nO transferred rUsHnUt to the CT side" ( or something in that line ) on the bottom left of the screen.
3) The CT next to me after I spawned didn't fire at me.
This is not the first time I got switched from team so when keeping this in mind this is yet another reason why I do this. Sometimes you get auto-switched to maintain team-balance but this only happens ( I think ) on "cs_" maps after the message "Terrorists win" when hostages are not rescued in the given amount of time or "Counter-Terrorists win" when they do get rescued, the moment the games thinks the teams are unfair.
The actual origin of why I press TAB so often is a bad habit of playing against bots on listenserver. Just to see how many members of the opposite team are still alive when I'm not in battle.
I call it a "bad" habit since it takes away my focus of the actual gameplay, often finding myself getting killed as a result.

I do not hope you find this cheating?
Anyway, no sophisticated radar of any kind.

No problem about your english, I can understand what you're trying to say.

Can you clarify this? Maybe type it in french. I'm better in understanding this language rather than speaking it.
Strangely you say that I was pre-shooting? Lol, I'm even unaware of this. I'm certainly not the type of player that would use this technique very often. But ok, if I was than I take your word for it. Most of the time I only shoot when I have actualy spotted/heared an enemy ( except for the grenade throwing ).
If only there is a way you could watch me play in real-life ( standing behind my computer ) so you could see with your own eyes.
Any chance you or any other admin will visit Antwerp in the near future :P?
If any admin would have lived closer to my location, I would even be prepared to travel to his/her home and play on his/her computer to convince him/her of my innocence.
Sorry if I might sound like a cry-baby now but I simply can not stand injustice! I really felt fucked-up yesterday evening cause of this.
I know you're older than me but I'm 33 ( not some kiddo with less common sense ) and really do not wanna lose the ability to play online ( cause of cheating ) with an account of 9 years service and almost 3000 hours of gameplay. To be honest not all of these hours are actual gameplay but certainly ± 85% is.
I hope what just happened will not affect my gameplay/fun in the future since, according to you and other admins, I'm still on the suspect-list.
To be honest, I'm afraid to play the way I'm used to ( rushing 'n shooting when playing XM1014 & MP5 ) cause I really enjoy this server and I do not wanna receive a ban again.

Pour t'expliquer ce qui me gène le plus en toi c'est tes pré-shoot, tu tir avant de voir l’adversaire
c'est cela qui m’inquiète le plus, bien plus que tes Headshots au MP5.
Concernant ton radar, que j'ai vu sur tes http://steamcommunity....197990716275/screenshots/ je n'y vois pas de problème.
Je crois que nous pouvons fermer le poste, je te souhaite bon jeu sur le Serveur des RG

Hi, in cs my name is DarK*ZaeFire and I've been banned here several times of Mexicana because he thinks I've been cheating. I've friends who play here who can back me up, I am not cheating and stop ban me for no reason
Now Aparently I have been banned permanently for no reason.
